Our costs for preparing a marketing contract is only $150 plus GST and disbursements. This will usually total between $250 - $350, depending what searches and certificates are necessary for your property. Usually if you do not find a buyer for your property you do not need to pay us any more.
When you sell your property, our total costs for acting on the sale is a very competitive flat fee of $750 plus GST and disbursements. The amount you have paid for the contract preparation will be deducted from this fee.
The balance of our costs and any other disbursements are payable on settlement. The total payable for the entire transaction will come to approximately $1,000.
Purchases
Our costs for acting on a purchase is a very competitive flat fee of $750 plus GST and disbursements.
Disbursements for a purchase usually total around $250 plus GST. Additional enquiries may need to be obtained for additional cost if they are considered necessary. The total cost for the entire transaction inclusive of GST and disbursements will usually total around $1,100.
We can also help you order reports through inspection companies. These reports should be obtained BEFORE Contracts are exchanged or before any "Cooling Off" period has expired.
This is especially important if you are buying at auction where you automatically waive any Cooling Off period.
